Why Beaumont Awareness?
The founders and practitioners of this programme are striving to create a new concept for corporate retreats that can ultimately boost the morale and productivity of your employees and all individuals alike.
Our programme of active sessions and discussions aims to give our guests the best opportunities to recalibrate their life/work balance along with gaining knowledge and tools to make sustainable choices about living healthily and enjoyably in every way.

Susanne Hartmann
M.A. Ph.D (Essex University)
Joint Founder: Beaumont Awareness
Having trained as an Art Historian, specialising in Latin American geometric art of the 1960s, Susanne (Susi to everyone), retrained at Harvard Business School and the British School of Etiquette to found companies involved in improving people’s life circumstances.
Beaumont Awareness was the outcome of immersing herself in the later career choices individual’s make and the wish to maintain a work-life balance that can be managed as a lifestyle choice.
In later years, as a woman’s body changes, Susanne took to educating herself in natural approaches and remedies to cope with the effects. Fluent in reading and speaking six languages, Susanne, along with co-founder Jayne Beaumont, has tailored a bespoke set of courses for individuals who wish to become more aware of their circumstances and harness the change to improve themselves and relations with others.
Jayne Beaumont
Joint Founder: Beaumont Awareness
Apart from my current work as a Voice and Communications Coach and previously working in Theatre and Media, a passion throughout my life has always been to stay healthy and to keep fit. Therefore, I have vigorously kept up with the latest news in health and wellbeing.
Nowadays many alternative practices for health improvement have become more widely used and also acknowledged by the traditional medical fields. As there’s ongoing exciting innovation in both areas, my interest and enthusiasm are constantly stimulated.
So I now want to share with you what I’ve learnt and continue to learn about the benefits of what is out there to keep us well in mind and body and to work more productively. Hence, creating retreats that can provide different and enigmatic approaches to a healthier, smarter lifestyle that can be easily incorporated into daily living.
